Acceptance
By signing in to AdsPilot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
AdsPilot is an internal marketing operations tool for authorized team members. Accounts are created by an administrator — there is no public self-registration.
Accounts & Access
You may use AdsPilot only with an account an administrator has given you. Your access depends on your role (for example specialist, executive, or admin) and any Facebook profiles or ad accounts assigned to you.
Keep your login private. Do not share your password or let someone else use your session. Activity under your account is treated as yours.
- Email eunicebauswell780@outlook.com right away if you think your account was accessed without permission.
- Sign out on shared or unattended devices.
- Administrators may change your permissions, or suspend or remove access, if your role changes, you leave the organization, or these Terms are broken.
What AdsPilot Is For
AdsPilot helps your team run marketing operations in one place. Depending on your permissions, that can include:
- Connecting and syncing Meta / Facebook profiles and ad accounts.
- Creating, reviewing, publishing, and monitoring campaigns.
- Managing media creatives and campaign templates.
- Using the AI agent for drafting, analysis, or operational help.
- Running ad-recovery or hosting/cPanel-related workflows when enabled.
- Receiving Telegram or in-app notifications, and viewing usage or audit information.
Use AdsPilot only for authorized company marketing work. Do not use it for personal projects or anything outside your role.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for checking work before it goes live. AdsPilot can change real ad accounts, budgets, creatives, landing files, or connected systems — confirm the right account and settings before you publish, sync, recover, or roll back.
- Follow Meta and other advertising platform policies when running ads through AdsPilot.
- Only upload or use media and copy you are allowed to use for advertising.
- Do not bypass security, share connector tokens/secrets, or try to access data or tools outside your permissions.
- Do not misuse AI features to create misleading, infringing, or policy-violating ads.
- Treat campaign numbers, credentials, customer-related data, and internal logs as confidential company information.
AI Features
Where enabled, AdsPilot’s AI agent can help with chat, drafting, analysis, or related tasks. AI output can be wrong or incomplete.
Review AI suggestions before you publish ads, change budgets, or take recovery/rollback actions. AI is a helper, not a replacement for your judgment or required approvals.
Connected Services
AdsPilot relies on third-party services such as Meta, AI providers, Telegram, hosting/cPanel, and cloud infrastructure. Those services have their own terms and can go down, change APIs, reject ads, or restrict accounts.
AdsPilot does not control those outcomes. You still need to follow each provider’s rules when you act through AdsPilot.
Data & Deletion
AdsPilot stores account details (such as name, email, and role), work activity tied to your user, and operational data for Meta ad accounts and campaigns your team manages.
Campaigns, shared media, and ad-account sync data are usually company work product. Your personal account data can be requested for deletion.
For step-by-step deletion instructions, see the Data Deletion page.
Availability & Limits
AdsPilot is provided for internal use as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, perfect sync, or that AI or automated tools will always produce the right campaign result.
To the extent allowed by law, AdsPilot and its operators are not responsible for lost spend, ad disapprovals, third-party outages, mistaken publishes, or similar operational outcomes. Keep using your normal review and approval process.
Changes & Contact
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The “Last updated” date on this page will change when that happens. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Questions about these Terms, your access, or a security concern should go to eunicebauswell780@outlook.com.
To request removal of your account data, follow the Data Deletion instructions linked from the login page, or email the same address.
