Overview
This Privacy Policy explains what information AdsPilot may collect, how it is used, and how you can ask for deletion.
AdsPilot is an internal marketing operations platform. Team members sign in with accounts created by an administrator and may work with Meta (Facebook) ad accounts, campaigns, media, AI assistance, and related tools.
This policy covers data processed inside AdsPilot. Third-party platforms (such as Meta, AI providers, or Telegram) have their own privacy policies for data they hold directly.
What We Collect
Depending on how your organization uses AdsPilot, we may process:
- Account information: name, email address, role, account status, and sign-in history.
- Access assignments: which Facebook profiles or ad accounts your user can work with.
- Work activity: campaign or ad-recovery tasks you create, media you upload, AI chat sessions, Telegram notification link, in-app notifications, and related preferences.
- Operational Meta-related data: synced ad account details, campaign performance records, and similar marketing data used by the team.
- Technical and security records: audit logs, token/usage logs, and system events needed to run and protect the Platform.
AdsPilot does not offer public self-registration. Personal account data generally comes from administrators and from your use of the product.
How We Use Information
We use this information to:
- Let you sign in and show only the accounts, campaigns, and tools your role allows.
- Run marketing workflows: sync Meta data, publish or monitor campaigns, manage media, send alerts, and support AI-assisted tasks.
- Keep the Platform secure (detect misuse, investigate incidents, maintain audit trails).
- Improve reliability and support (troubleshooting, usage monitoring, administrator support).
We do not sell your personal information. Data in AdsPilot is used for the organization’s internal marketing operations.
Retention
Account and activity data is kept while your account is active and as long as needed for operations, security, or legal requirements.
Shared business data (campaigns, ad accounts, team creatives) may remain after an individual leaves, because it is organizational work product.
When a verified deletion request is processed, personal account data is deleted or anonymized where practical. Limited logs may be kept for a period for security or audit reasons.
Security
AdsPilot uses access controls (sign-in, roles, and account assignments) and stores sensitive connector credentials with encryption where the product is designed to do so.
No system is perfectly secure. Protect your password, do not share your login, and report suspected unauthorized access to eunicebauswell780@outlook.com.
Your Choices
Because accounts are admin-managed, many privacy actions go through email:
- Update name/email or fix account details by emailing eunicebauswell780@outlook.com.
- Ask for changes to which ad accounts or tools you can access at the same email.
- Request deletion of your AdsPilot personal data using the Data Deletion instructions (or email the same address).
- Remove Meta app access from your Facebook settings if you also want to cut off Meta-side app access (still send an AdsPilot deletion request for Platform-side data).
Children
AdsPilot is a workplace tool for authorized adults. It is not directed at children, and accounts should not be created for anyone who is not an authorized team member.
