Overview

AdsPilot is an internal marketing operations platform. Team members sign in with accounts created by an administrator, and may use connected Meta (Facebook) ad accounts, media, campaigns, AI assistance, and related tools.

This page explains how to ask us to delete personal data AdsPilot stores about you — including data tied to Meta app access used with AdsPilot.

There is no self-serve delete button in the product today. Deletion requests are handled after you email the contact below using the steps in this page.

Data AdsPilot May Hold About You

At a high level, AdsPilot may store:

  • Your user account: name, email, role, sign-in history, and account status.
  • Assignments that link your account to Facebook profiles or ad accounts used for work in AdsPilot.
  • Activity tied to your account: AI chat sessions, Telegram notification link, media you uploaded, campaign or ad-recovery tasks you created, notifications, and usage or audit logs.
  • Operational Meta-related records used by the platform (for example synced ad account or campaign data associated with accounts your team manages).

Campaign creatives, shared ad accounts, and other team work product often belong to the organization. Removing your personal account does not always mean deleting every campaign or asset the team still needs.

How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your AdsPilot user data:

  • Email eunicebauswell780@outlook.com.
  • Use the subject line: AdsPilot data deletion request.
  • Include the email address on your AdsPilot account.
  • Include your name, and optionally your team or role.
  • Say clearly that you want your AdsPilot account and related personal data deleted.
  • If the request is about Meta/Facebook access, also include any Facebook name, Page, or ad account details you can provide so we can find the right records.

Removing Meta / Facebook App Access

You can also remove the app’s access from your Meta account. That stops future access through Meta, but it does not by itself finish deletion inside AdsPilot — still send the deletion request above so administrators can process Platform-side data.

  • On Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites.
  • Find the AdsPilot-related app (or the Meta app your organization uses with AdsPilot) and remove it / send a removal request if offered.
  • For Business integrations, review connected partners or assets in Meta Business Suite / Business Settings and revoke access where available.

Meta’s menus change over time. If labels differ, use Meta Help and search for removing app access or business integrations.

What We Do After Your Request

After we verify the request (usually by confirming it comes from your account email or an authorized company channel), an administrator will:

  • Deactivate or remove your AdsPilot login so you can no longer sign in.
  • Delete or anonymize personal account fields where practical (name, email, personal links such as Telegram).
  • Remove or clear personal activity tied to your user where feasible (for example your AI chat sessions and personal notification preferences).
  • Revoke user-specific assignments to Facebook profiles or ad accounts.

Shared business data (team campaigns, shared media, ad account sync history used by others) may remain for ongoing operations. Limited logs may also be kept for security, audit, or legal reasons for a period of time.

We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. You should get a confirmation when done, or an explanation if some records must be retained.
